محسن گروسی، سرمربی تیم کاوه زنجان در گفتگوی اختصاصی با خبرنگار سرویس ورزشی خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران (ایسنا) منطقه زنجان، در خصوص بازی تیم‌اش مقابل نیروی زمینی تهران، اظهار داشت: این بازی که در زمین اختصاصی نیروی زمینی به انجام رسید، در تمام دقایق در اختیار تیم کاوه زنجان بود و تیم حریف با وجود میزبانی هیچ حرفی برای گفتن نداشت. اما متأسفانه این تیم چند سالی است که گربه سیاه تیم ما شده است و در دقایق پایانی در مقابل ما نتیجه می‌گیرد.
گروسی به فرصت‌های ایجاد شده در بازی تیم‌اش مقابل نیروی زمینی اشاره کرد و گفت: در طول بازی فرصت‌های زیادی برای گلزنی ایجاد کردیم، اما به خاطر نداشتن دقت عمل کافی، نتوانستیم ضربات آخر را به گل تبدیل کنیم و این در حالی است که تیم حریف نتوانست خطری بر روی دروازه ما ایجاد کند و تنها موقعیت این تیم، همان شوتی بود که از بدشانسی، پس از برخورد به دیرک عمومی وارد دروازه شد.
وی افزود: تیم کاوه زنجان تا قبل از دریافت گل ، یک بازی منطقی و هجومی را از خود به نمایش گذاشت. اما بعد از دریافت این گل، ما نتوانستیم 10 دقیقه باقی مانده را همانند سایر دقایق به بازی ادامه دهیم و بیشتر به بازی احساسی روی آوردیم، اما در کل من از نحوه عملکرد تیم بسیار راضی هستم؛ چرا که ما خیلی زیبا بازی کردیم و در طول 90 دقیقه سوار بر بازی بودیم.
سرمربی تیم کاوه زنجان در ادامه، از بازی تیم‌اش مقابل داماش ایرانیان در هفته دوم مسابقات خبر داد و گفت: با توجه به برگزاری هفته اول این مسابقات و علی رغم شناخت کافی که از تیم داماش ایرانیان داریم، قصد داریم با حمایت تماشاگران و همت بازیکنان، این تیم را در زنجان، از پیش روی برداریم. هرچند تیم داماش، تیم بسیار خوبی است اما چون ما در زنجان با این تیم بازی داریم، به گونه‌ای برنامه‌ریزی کرده‌ایم که همه بازی‌های خانگی را با پیروزی پشت سر بگذاریم. هم اکنون، تنها مشکل بازیکنان، استرس است که امیدوارم تا قبل از شروع بازی برطرف شود.
گروسی در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: با توجه به شناختی که از تماشاگران زنجانی سراغ دارم، امیدواریم با حمایت و حضور آنها در مجموعه ورزشی کارگران زنجان، تیم داماش ایرانیان را با شکست بدرقه کنیم؛ چرا که تیمی که امکانات، زمین، بازیکن خوب و سایر فاکتورهای لازم را جهت تیم‌داری داشته باشد، اما از داشتن تماشاگر محروم باشد، هیچ نتیجه‌ای حاصل نخواهد کرد.
